Keep your campaign list tidy by disabling old campaigns, or restore an archived campaign to reuse or duplicate it.
To keep your campaign list tidy and disable old campaigns you don’t want used anymore, you can archive campaigns.
Archiving a campaign disables the URL and form, whether popup or embedded in a page. If a user follows an old link they’ll see an error message. All the donor information is preserved and is still accessible from the Donations page.
1) On the Campaigns page, hover over the campaign row. Click the Archive icon at the far-right end of the row.
2) Or, on the Campaign details page, click the Archive Campaign button.
The campaign will then appear on the Archived Campaigns page.
Navigate to Campaigns > Archived. In the list, hover over the campaign you want to restore and click the Activate button located on the far right.
To duplicate an archived campaign, you first need to restore it, then you can duplicate the campaign on the active Campaigns page.
